Hola, mi nombre es Bill Clanton,

After many years of traveling to and from Costa Rica, I made the decision to move from Chicago to this little piece of paradise centrally located in the Americas.

In preparing for the move, I found it somewhat difficult to find unbiased information on many important topics such as;

• Costa Rica residency requirements and procedures
• Costa Rica employment and business information
• Costa Rica private and Spanish instruction schools
• Costa Rica relocation and moving resources
• Costa Rica real estate home rentals and sales
• Costa Rica legal questions and attorney referrals
• Costa Rica health insurance and medical care
• etc., etc.

In searching the Internet, it seemed like most sources were experts on Costa Rica ... as long as I bought what they were selling.

As a long-time business owner used to compiling large amounts of constantly changing information for the benefit of my own clients; sharing my findings with those also interested in my new passion seemed like the natural thing to do.

As I progress with my first-hand knowledge and others join me with their own helpful contributions - we should end up with a great one-stop Internet resource about all things Costa Rica.

It's a working theory - but one that should continue to blossom in such a tropical and fertile land!

Bill Clanton served 7 years in Illinois law enforcement and 2 years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) investigating and advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children.

Most recently, Bill spent 10 years as the founder and owner of State Street Mortgage, a highly successful mortgage lender that continues to offer residential home financing for U.S. real estate owners and buyers.
